I know, I went MIA for awhile there. Sorry, I was busy planning this little shindig.
A specially requested Skylanders-themed birthday party by the newly turned 7 year old. At a bowling alley no less.

It turns out you cannot buy any kind of Skylanders themed party supplies. Nope, if you want a Skylanders themed party, you gotta make the stuff yourself!

(For those of you who care, The Skylanders are made up of numerous characters that are from a place called the Skylands. Each character belongs to an element. There are a total of 8 elements. My son’s favorite Giant character is Tree Rex. He belongs to the Life element. Hence the theme of the party, which is centered around Life.)

Yeah so that’s why my blog has gotten no love the past few weeks.

But the party is over. And I think it worked out ok..
So I’m back to share a few pictures… All these below were taken by my awesome friend Rachel.
I don’t know what I would do without her at my kids’ parties.
I’m so happy to have these since I took maybe 10 photos myself.
